With over 30 years of hands-on experience as a chef, operator, and global F&B executive, I understand both sides of the equation: what manufacturers want to build, and what chefs actually need on the line.
I support new product development by engaging early in the process, bringing practical insight from live kitchens into design and decision-making. This ensures products are not only innovative, but usable, durable, and relevant under real service pressure.
Beyond development, I help bring products to life for the end user. By aligning manufacturer vision with real chef behaviour, I translate features into clear, credible benefits that chefs understand, trust, and adopt. At the same time, I provide manufacturers with honest, unfiltered feedback — how products are truly used, where they struggle, and where opportunities for improvement exist.
My role is simple:
