I’m Chef Scott Valentine, a career chef, restaurant operator, and global Vice President of Food & Beverage, with over 30 years of hands-on experience in professional kitchens. My background spans cooking on the line, operating and scaling restaurants, and leading multi-brand, multi-country F&B operations at an executive level.
Today, I work as a brand ambassador and advisor to kitchen manufacturers, while also providing strategic advisory support to restaurant owners and operators. I help bridge the gap between product vision, operational reality, and commercial performance bringing practical, unfiltered insight from real kitchens into product development, brand alignment, and operational decision-making.
Whether advising manufacturers on better tools or operators on stronger systems, my focus is the same: ensuring products and concepts are usable, durable, and credible under real service pressure. My role is simple help brands and restaurants perform better, and ensure credibility is earned where it matters most: in the kitchen and on the floor.
